LIFE INSURANCE
Receive immediate and long-range income and estate tax benefits by naming HMH as the irrevocable beneficiary and owner of a life insurance policy.
IRREVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT
Maintain ownership of your assets during your lifetime and make provision to distribute them to HMH after death.
GIFT ANNUITY AGREEMENT
Arrange to either receive income yourself or make another the beneficiary(s). After the death of the last beneficiary, the principal goes to HMH.
LIFE ESTATE AGREEMENT
Transfer property to HMH even as you retain your rights of use or income privileges. The property passes to the hospital after the death of the last beneficiary.
